Chez xuan... The Asian restaurant par excellence! It's true it's a little more expensive than normal Asian restaurants..... But in the end, to eat BETTER! Everything was good from start to finish!! A treat! As a starter, a trio of steamed potatoes... There was enough for your hunger! Not three but 8 homemade steamed potatoes! Sure, we waited a little but it was so delicate and good! I had a soup... Wow... And the best thing... is that it's really the only Asian restaurant in Thonon that has my flambéed banana (which took the time to consider the customer's request)... Without the donut... even if it wasn't on the menu! It's a real institution, I love it! I recommend it 100 percent! ❤️ They are the best! Plus, to pay 10e more than the others without the wine, without the little "sake" offered (I put it in quotation marks because they explain to you that it is not the sake that is Japanese but Chinese alcohol)... Go there with your eyes closed, I am not from Thonon. Just the restaurant is already a work of art! I can say this restaurant is a gourmet Asian restaurant! Do you want to eat well? Go to xuan! ❤️... I've been dining at this restaurant for several years now, and I must say it's an exceptional culinary experience every time! The service is impeccable, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the owner, Xuan, is incredibly kind. 😊 The food is delicious and creative, with quality ingredients and dishes that perfectly combine the flavors and textures of Vietnamese cuisine. The spring rolls are homemade and carefully made by Xuan, and the shrimp fritters are freshly made—a real treat! I recommend the king prawn and scallop duo in green curry, which is absolutely divine! The setting is also very pleasant, with a warm and intimate atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food! ☀️

We had the Tom Ka Gai soup (with meat) and the Bo Bun Tofu Legume (vegetarian). It was the tastiest thing I've eaten in a long time, wow!!! The people were incredibly sweet and friendly (I was stammering in my school-aged French ^^), and when we paid, we were given small, moist, fragrant towels to clean our hands, amazing! A really cozy courtyard, lovingly designed, quiet, and even in August it was still super warm outside in the evenings. We loved everything about this restaurant visit!

An authentic restaurant with truly authentic cuisine. We were lucky enough to get a table at the last minute, after searching for an Asian restaurant rather late in the day, and we weren't disappointed. The spring rolls and other dishes are homemade and the flavors are truly present, a real treat for two Asian food lovers like us. A warm atmosphere and service; we'll definitely be back!
